1. Who we are

AETHA Estates is a trading name of the controller of your personal data:

2. What we process and why

Server logs. Our host records technical data when a page is requested: IP address, time, page, referring page and browser type. The logs keep the service secure and available. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: set by the host, typically days to a few weeks.

Call requests and messages. Name, email, phone number if you give one, country, preferred day and time, language, and your message. We use them to arrange the call or reply, and to document any project discussion that follows. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)); otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Retention: for the enquiry and any business relationship, then 24 months after our last contact unless a longer statutory period applies.

Guide sign-up. First name and email, to send you the buyer’s guide and occasional market notes. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any email or writing to hello@aethaestates.com. Retention: until you withdraw.

3. What we do not do

• No analytics, advertising or session cookies.
• No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or comparable measurement or remarketing tools.
• No fonts, scripts or images loaded from third-party servers.
• No sale or rental of personal data, and no automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who else is involved

We keep the number of parties small and bind each by contract:

• Netlify, Inc. (United States): hosting, server logs and form handling.
• Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC: email (Google Workspace).
• HighLevel, Inc. / LeadConnector (United States): our customer relationship system, where enquiries are recorded and calls are scheduled.
• Lawyers, notaries and accountants, where a specific transaction requires it.

5. International transfers

United States: transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the providers’ certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Indonesia: the controller is established in Indonesia, so enquiries and project documents are processed there. Indonesia has no EU adequacy decision; transfers you initiate rely on Article 49(1)(b) GDPR. You may ask us for details of the safeguards.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@aethaestates.com; we answer within one month.

You may also complain to a data protection authority, for example in the country where you live. In Hungary this is the NAIH (naih.hu). Visitors in Australia may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) if they are not satisfied with our answer.

7. Changes

If we add a tool or a processor, we update this page first and, where the law requires consent, ask for it before anything is set.
